Our Pipefitters

Our Pipefitters and Plumbers are well rounded with regard to factory piping systems.  We have installed miles of Stainless Steel piping as well as installations of Steam piping, Product piping, and can work with all types of piping products including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Poly, PVC, and Copper. The expert craftsmen on our highly qualified team continually offer diverse new perspectives and novel ideas utilizing the latest technologies. All welders are coded to EN 9606-12013 standard.

Our Fabrication team

Our Fabrication team will work with the customer to match materials needed to the job at hand whether for sanitation, wear resistance, cost effectiveness or merely cosmetics. Integration of your plant details, pre-purchased equipment and all the system requirements in between. Putting it all together is a common occurrence at Callinan Engineering Ltd.

Our Service Team

Our Service Team are experienced in the maintenance of valve and pumping systems, thus reducing loss of production time due to unscheduled stops and improved quality of product.

Our team can work outside of normal production times to minimise disruption to production schedules. Services will prolong plant life and improve overall plant performance.

Overall our team can carryout all of your day to day maintenance issues from servicing equipment, repairs of plant and pipework, to new fabrications and installations.

Confined Space

Our team are fully trained and certified in Confined Space Safety, and therefore allows us to enter and carryout work inside of confined space areas such as tanks, in a safe and organised manner. This could involve fitting new valves for outlets or repairs to the structure of the vessel.
